  • ・We accept bookings for anytime before Dec. 30th, 2024.

    ・There is a minimum requirement of booking 2 nights with same room type.

    ・If you'd like to stay for only ONE-night please see the following:

    For Weekdays: on the 1st of every month, we accept one-night booking for this month and the following month.

    For Weekends and holidays: every Monday, we accept one-night booking for the Friday and Saturday of the same week.

    Weekday: Sunday - Thursday / Weekend: Friday - Saturday

  • Cancel 3 days or more before check-in date - FREE of charge
    Cancel within 3 days of check-in date - Partial charged (First Night Room Fee)

    For example:
    If your check-in date is 5th of Jan, you can cancel/change the reservation for free before 1st of Jan. Otherwise, a penalty (first-night fee) will apply.

  • Write us a mail to amend it.
    If you booked on other platform/agency, please contact their customer service to help.

  • Check-in time 15:00, check-out time 11:00.

  • Yes, but they'll need to be accompanied by an adult and stay in a private room.

  • 08:00 till 22:30.

  • If you'll be arriving before 8:00 or after 22:30 hrs, please give us heads-up so we can arrange self service.

  • You can store your luggage here before check-in and after check-out.
    Pick up in the same day is free, overnight storage is $50NT per night per luggage.

  • We are not able to arrange an extra bed due to the limited space of the room.
    You may consider other room types or maybe book a female dorm bed for the guest in your company.

  • We will arrange your room or bed according to the best availability.
    However we can NOT guarantee your room or bed location, but we always try our best to fulfill your request.

  • Yes you can, but we recommend you let us know if you're expecting a delivery and make sure it arrives during the time you stay.

  • Pay your remaining balance upon arrival.
